Creating a safe space for healing
Ekoe is a collective of healers, doctors, therapists, and integrative health practitioners with a newly formed customized care model. They offer individual, couple, family, and group therapy collaborating with experts in clinical nutrition, Ayurvedic science, and other integrative modalities, providing a comprehensive and holistic approach to care.
Navigating a path forward for ekoe
ekoe underwent a transformative period of internal change, redefining their core identity and offerings. As strategic thought partners, our role was pivotal in developing a comprehensive framework that encompassed establishing their new mission and vision, crafting a distinctive brand identity, and subsequently defining their communication strategy and visual design.
By defining and articulating ekoe's mission and vision, we helped them redefine their identity as a holistic well-being provider, renaming them as ekoe: Space for Healing. Integrating workshop insights, we developed content effectively conveying their commitment to personalized care, clearly differentiating them from a traditional therapy practice.
Drawing on insights from the workshops, we partnered to create a new logo and managed the creative and content implementation of their website to evoke feelings of warmth, care, and understanding. The color palette of blues, gentle greens, and warm hues brought balance to the visual elements, promoting a sense of calmness and trust while also creating a visual language that aligned with their mission to build a safe space for healing.
ekoe's patterns and graphics represent the healing exchanges within their space. The shapes were chosen to depict vocal vibrations and resemble people engaged in conversations or a group gathering with their heads together, symbolizing the power of connection and shared experiences.
We completed our initial engagement with a brand playbook. Due to our successful partnership and cohesive workflow, we further collaborated on redesigning their website and social media. In the end, ekoe successfully expanded its reach as a trusted holistic mental health and wellness provider in the DC Metro area through this collaborative effort, positively impacting a larger community.
